Designed by AO, Mountain View Village in Salt Lake City, is a mixed-use retail and office development that blends modern-day appeal and the town’s authentic charm.
The project spans 92,903 m2 (1 million sf) and was developed in two phases. The first was the development of 36,685 m2 (394,878 sf) of retail space which encompasses retail stores, dining options, and recreational spaces. The second phase comprises 46,180 m2 (497,087 sf) of commercial development.
By incorporating thick brick facades, AO took design inspiration from the state of Utah, specifically focusing on Salt Lake City.
Additionally, the project features a plaza with an airy, glass-walled, covered pavilion, and a stadium area with built-in space with a communal firepit fixture.
